And for an experience of a lifetime trek the mist shrouded Bwindi Impenetrable Forest for a thrilling encounter with the mountain gorilla.
Your Journey Begins
Arrive in Entebbe clear immigration and custom formalities where you will be warmly met and assisted for your private transfer to your boutique hotel in the leafy suburb of Entebbe.
Overnight – Hotel No. 5
Private transfer to Entebbe Airport for your light aircraft domestic flight to Kasese Airstrip. You will be met on landing and travel to your intimate lodge on the edge of Kibale National Park. Late afternoon enjoy a guided walk through the Bigodi wetlands.
Overnight – Primate Lodge
Up early for a guided trekking adventure into the evergreen forest in search of chimpanzee and other primates.

Take off for Queen Elizabeth National Park set against the backdrop of the picturesque Rwenzori Mountains. In the afternoon enjoy a scenic boat cruise along the Kazinga Channel that joins Lake Edward with Lake George for excellent sightings of an incredible variety of birds and wildlife including large pods of hippo.
Overnight – Ishasha Wilderness Camp
Spend the morning on a game viewing drive exploring the Ishasha sector in search of the elusive tree climbing lion. In the early afternoon set off on a game viewing drive with your experienced guide.
Overnight – Ishasha Wilderness Camp
After a leisurely breakfast depart for Bwindi Impenetrable National Park, on the edge of the Rift Valley, making a stop on the way to visit the Ishasha community project.
Overnight – Volcanoes Bwindi Lodge
Up very early to meet your guide for your briefing and set off with your park guide and the (optional) assistance of a local porter on your trek into the equatorial rainforest in search of your designated mountain gorilla family. Trek the slopes for possibly up to several hours as your guide locates the gorilla family. Spend precious time observing the gorillas and once your allotted time is over trek to the starting point and return to your lodge.

Spend the day at your lodge to relax or participate in the optional activities available.

Transfer to Kihihi Airstrip for your domestic flight to Entebbe to connect with your onward travel arrangements.
