Journey in our specially designed safari 4WD vehicle built for comfort and enjoy extraordinary game viewing drives accompanied by your personal Wildlife Safari guide. Spend memorable nights ‘ under canvas’ staying in intimate and private tented camps each positioned in exceptional locations.
Your Journey Begins
Arrive into Jomo Kenyatta International Airport, Nairobi where you will be met airside and personally assisted through immigration and customs formalities to meet your Wildlife Safari Guest Liaison who will escort you to your private transfer to your boutique hotel.
Overnight – Nairobi Hemingways
Set off on safari in your Wildlife Safari vehicle driving north through the rich farming highlands. Make a stop at the Equator prior to entering Ol Pejeta, the finest private wildlife sanctuary in Kenya, owned and managed by an international conservation organisation. Lunch at your safari camp followed by a late afternoon game viewing drive.
Overnight – Sanctuary Tambarare Camp
An exceptional day of game viewing with your activities personally arranged by your guide. Ol Pejeta offers a variety of optional activities from night game drives, dawn treks to game viewing on a camel. You will visit the only chimpanzee sanctuary in Kenya where abandoned and rescued chimps are provided refuge with the opportunity to observe white northern, southern rhino and black rhino.
Overnight – Sanctuary Tambarare Camp
Set off and travel through spectacular scenery as you cross the Equator on a drive through the Great Rift Valley with ever changing views as you journey past Kenya’s tea and coffee plantations. Arrive at your luxury safari camp on the shores of Lake Elmenteita, one of the Great Rift Valley lakes.
Overnight – Lake Elmenteita Serena Camp
Venture out of the conservancy on a drive to Lake Nakuru National Park, the remarkable flamingo sanctuary is home to an array of aquatic bird species. Lake Nakuru is also a breeding sanctuary for the endangered black rhino, white rhino and the rare Rothschild giraffe, relocated to the region in an effort to replenish the species.
Overnight – Lake Elmenteita Serena Camp
Head out on the drive along the floor of the Great Rift Valley to the Masai Mara Game Reserve where you are immediately on a game viewing drive as you pass herds of wildlife on the endless plains. Continue to your safari camp set in the heart of the wildlife rich Mara Triangle and where the Mara and Talek Rivers meet.
Overnight – Mara Ngenche Safari Camp
Spend two amazing days of unlimited game viewing following herds of wildebeest, zebra, gazelle, eland, topi, impala and other wildlife species. Lion, leopard and cheetah are found in greater numbers and concentrations than anywhere else and you may be fortunate to witness one of the big cats stalking its prey. Herds of giraffe and elephant create a magical silhouette against the almost treeless savannah and where hippo and crocodile wallow in the Mara and Talek Rivers.
Overnights – Mara Ngenche Safari Camp
Time to say Kwaheri to your Wildlife Safari guide at Ol Kiombo airstrip and board a scheduled light aircraft flight to Wilson Airport, Nairobi. On arrival you will be meet by our Wildlife Safari Guest Liaison for your private transfer to Jomo Kenyatta International Airport with assistance to your departure gate and onward travel arrangements.
