What to expect
Our Cape Gourmet is an outstanding epicurean journey of discovery commencing in colourful Cape Town at the iconic V&A waterfront, a favourite spot where locals and tourists gather to dine, drink and shop. Continue to the historic Cape Winelands on a wine safari and discover the outstanding number of established and emerging wineries. Hop on board the Franschhoek wine tram to hop off at wine farms and cellar doors spending time to indulge in the exceptional cuisine the region is renowned for.
Your Journey Begins
Arrive at Cape Town International Airport, where you will be met with a warm welcome and transferred by private vehicle to your historic boutique hotel on the edge of the Victoria & Alfred waterfront.

After a leisurely breakfast set off with your guide on a gourmet food exploration and visit an artisanal coffee roaster, meander through the Bo Kaap neighbourhood and check out the candy coloured houses and delve into the fascinating Cape Malay cuisine.

Take off for the Winelands, an easy drive from Cape Town to visit an established wine farm. Continue to the picturesque town of Franschhoek and your boutique hotel tucked at the end of a laneway in the heart of the charming village.

Day at leisure to explore the village with its cosmopolitan mix of restaurants, cafes and bars. On the main street browse art galleries and lifestyle boutiques and discover the intriguing history of the arrival of the French Huguenots.

Explore the essence of the Franschhoek Valley with its picturesque wineries, breathtaking scenery, gourmet food and exceptional wines. Take a ride on the Franschhoek Wine Tram, a hop-on hop-off tram, and visit some of South Africa’s oldest and distinguished wine estates.

Today you will be transferred by private vehicle to Cape Town International Airport for your onward travel arrangements.
