The Okavango Delta undoubtedly Botswana’s most recognised geographical feature offers unique land and water activities from wildlife viewing by mokoro, motor boat and on foot, while an exceptional concentration of wildlife is attracted to the marshy banks of the Chobe River. Your Journey Begins
Arrive in Maun where you will be warmly met and assisted to your light aircraft flight to your lodge on the banks of the Boteti River. Meet with your naturalist lodge guide and set off on an exciting game drive in this unique part of Botswana.

Spend your day with the family on game viewing activities in the national park, on a guided walk or sit and relax by the pool or view an array of wildlife from the hide.

Today take a light aircraft flight to your lodge in the Okavango Delta positioned on the enchanting Xugana Lagoon, a spectacular permanent water spot. In the afternoon enjoy a mokoro journey on tranquil crystal clear waterways.

Spend an adventure filled day with options of game viewing by open safari vehicle (seasonal), on foot, by motor boat or mokoro. Xugana Island Lodge sits in a private concession and is an exceptional location for your family to experience an incredible delta safari.
